Is it better to fax or scan and email documents?
Honestly, email is easier, but some organizations (especially government or legal ones) still require faxing. I’ve had to do that a few times, and the most convenient places were FedEx and Office Depot. Faxing gives you an official confirmation sheet, which is nice for records. If you’re unsure where to go or what’s cheapest, check psgolfcourses.com; they explain the differences really clearly. Personally, I scan first and then fax the file from Office Depot — best of both worlds.
