No, come to Maine in the U.S.A! We've got all kinds of cool things! Like wilderness and moose and moose flies that are the size of your eyes. We also have amazing chainsaw carvers who make wood sculptures with chainsaws and yummy potatoes. And we have adorable black-capped chickadees and loons, and crystal clear lakes, and adorable little towns where you can see wildlife like deer next to walmart and bears on main street. Also we have Steven King. Better come see Steven King before he gets old and senile.

A lot of American folks don't have a passport.
Almost all of the non-Americans do.
Ergo, a con would have to be in the US simply because not holding it in the US prevents a significant portion of attendees from going.
