Ulisess mindfully watched Lep made her way to the glooming circle. His thick lips curled up, smiling back as she glanced at him and then looped back down when she stepped in. He let out a mild sigh. His Lady was determined to see to the end of this; a war, ancient dragons, and the hint of the end of the world. As unpleasant as the affair may seem, he wasn’t about to turn tail and leave her. Devotedly, he followed her, pausing a moment to speak to the hooded shadow. 
 
"You’re an odd creature. You aspired to face the one who cause the illness, and yet wish not to deal with the creature. Your words contradict, alike to your brave actions of fearing this plague." 
 
His navy eyes narrowed as he looked at Rishcath, unable to make out any features under his hood, except for the allusion of glowing eyes. 
 
"I do not trust you. In fact, dear sir, I think I do not like you one bit." His words were laced with menace. "If any ill outcome from this search excursion, if any harm afflicted upon my Lady... and you are the basis of its cause... " 
 
His features furrowed and his glaring eyes half closed. Strong teeth gritted with an angry visage. "You will know what will come to pass." 
 
With that he joined Lep in the circle, fully convinced that this advanture would not be pleasurable. But wait, were they not in the search of Willow? He rolled his stiffen neck working out the ache. Hmmm, Willow the little greenish girl. Yes, he remembered her. He liked her tasty sweet smell, unlike the ashy smell of their host transporter. Was she causing all the suffering? A genuine smile emerged. 
 
Maybe Lep would let him eat her this time.

Rishcath didn't even look to Gaia as she walked within his circle, wasn't even concerned that she held her sword ready for any type of attack. He knew these others did not trust him, knew it would remain that way. He waited as the other two landed, firs the wolf creature, then the dragonic equine, who spoke with him. 
 
Rishcath paid little mind to what the creature said and for a very good reason: Those who try to carry out their threats against him, never lived to tell the tale for they first had to actually be able to touch him. Rishcath simply nodded his head to the other, not saying a word. He had said that they would arrive safely, comfortable... no, but safe. 
 
Slowly once more crossing his hands over his chest, he waited a short moment, and with a bright flash, his eyes... went out. 
 
In that moment, it was clear why Rishcath had no fear of any blade or any attack of the physical nature, the circle they had walked into could also be used as a trap, though for now he simply used it as insurance to keep them from trying anything during the transfer. 
 
As the dragonic unicorn moved within the circle, just as Rishcath's eyes went out, thousands of long tendrils erupted up from the circle. Quickly, with frightening strength, they wound their way around those within their grasp. Ten of which moved up and over Gaia's sword, ripping it from her hand where it stuck into the ground. The tendrils moved up and over the equine's flanks, over his shoulders and up across his neck. His legs were soon covered in darkness. The same happened with the wolf type. The thousand of tendrils soon bound those within the circle, bound so they were helpless. 
 
The darkness would feel like a biting cold, like the most bitter wind of winter, but it bit deeper then any wind ever could, down and into their bodies, touching the darkness that existed there too. If it had been in Rishcath's need, he could have used that against them, but for now, it was not. The dark form of Rishcath however, remained untouched by all the goings on. Gaia and the others were bound, helpless to whatever he wished to happen. From the cloaked form came a laugh, dark and cruel, one that would this time send a chill down the spines of the three he was taking to the mountains, for they had no hope to get away from his touch now. 
 
Slowly, Gaia's sword began to sink into the darkness, slowly the tendrils thickened until a simply lump remained, then nothing. Then it was the other's turns. Slowly, they started to sink, the cold growing with ever inch that they sank, the feeling of being consumed would be a way that it could be described. Being swallowed by an abyss of darkness. It crept up until their legs were gone, the tendrils reaching up and constricting slightly on their necks, but only to gain a better grasp as they were swallowed. 
 
Rishcath continued to laugh the entire time, simply because he knew it would cause that chill to race down their spine. He wanted them to know who would be in charge. He had power over them now, they had given that to him, and with his touch, he knew that they would not so easily forget that cold that raced into the heart. 
 
Slowly all that could be seen was three black lumps as the darkness consumed them whole, and alive. As they too vanished, Rishcath held out his arms and the darkened circle slowly shrank, until it was the size of his fist. All three were contained in this sphere. In the world they were in, size did not matter. He held out his hand and it settled there, then slowly he placed it by his chest as the orb, and so its occupants were absorbed into his body. Now, they had no chance to leave as the shadowed orb became one with his body. His eyes flashed once and then his own form began to slowly vanish, fading away to the mountains.

Melody gathered up as many pups as she could carry, including one nestled between her shoulderblades, and followed her mate and Cortina, a definate droop to her ears; she knew no good could come of these events.

Kira had reached the bottom step and she sat down on it. She smiled down at Terac. "Maybe you can just be my closest friend then,how about that?"She asked her smile broadining. She tried to think about what to do next but nothing came to her. Somehow, Terac instinctively knew what the word fly meant. He smiled broadly, nodding his head up and down rapidly. His tail wagged with his eagerness. "Ack! Ack! Aaaaack!" He cried out, before purring.
