<div style="text-align:center">*Ganymede inhaled and realized that there was a familiar scent hanging in the air. He gave an excited flutter of his as he trotted through some tall grass an into the clearing that was the meadow. Overjoyed Ganymede ran and jumped in circles. "I'm back! I'm back," he cried. He was relieved to have finally found his way back to the meadow after ages of wandering through the forest in search of his friend Dizy. The happy little pegasus stopped and glanced around the meadow in search of his unicorn companion, but he didn't see her anywhere. Nor did he see Una, the elf who he had met the same time he met Dizy. Ganymede snorted and shook his head. He stood there for a moment, contemplating what he should do, before deciding to nibble on some grass. He walked slowly around a small area, sniffing the ground as he went. He paused briefly to the bite the top of a sweet smelling yellow flower before deciding that he didn't feel much like eating afterall. He missed Dizy and desperately wanted to see her. However, instead of going looking for her again, he resolved to wait for her. To let her find him. Ganymede laid down where he was, but the late summer sun beating on his black body made him uncomfortably hot. The little pegasus got up and walked over by a tree and laid down under it's shaddy branches. Feeling relieved to be out of the sun and a bit tired from the days adventure, Ganymede laid his head down and was taken away by sleep.*</div>

Leaving Una at the edge of the meadow to visit her friend, Dizy continues her walk back to where she last saw Gandymede. Knowing that he is young and quite smart she figures that when he finds out that he cannot find her he will go back to where they last saw each other. 
 
As Dizy enters the meadow again she feels a bit of peace within herself once again. However there is still a nagging evil feeling that she has that will not go away. Whatever she is feeling she hopes that she will be able to protect Gandymede and Una. 
 
With the thought of him being hurt saddens Dizy, so she decides to lay beneath a tree and take a breather since she has been walking all day. As she sits there pondering her feelings she starts to cry, saddend by the evil feeling, her disappearance, and now the loss of Gandymede at the moment.

<div style="text-align:center">*Ganymede dozed beneath the tree for quite some time. When he finally woke a great part of the day had passed. The little pegasus yawned and shook his head. He batted bleary eyes and looked lazily around. Not much of the meadow had changed from the time he started napping. There were still a few trees, a bunch of flowers, lots of grass, and several animals such as a familiar looking unicorn near the tree line.* 
 
*This last sight went unacknowledged at frist. The pegasus merely rolled over and started to slide back to sleep. It was then that he realized what he had seen. A white unicorn. Could it be Dizy? Ganymede stood up abruptly and looked to where he saw the unicorn. She was still there. His body began to shake with excitement. Without thinking he yelled as loudly as he could, "Dizy! Dizy! It's me!" He stood by the tree anxciously waiting to see if the unicorn would respond.*</div>

Dizy sat there crying and feeling sorry for herself over everything that had happened. She had come to the realiziation that she now has the ability to teleport, but with the new found gift came sorrow, sorrow for the loss of Gandymede. His memory was still so fresh in her mind that she still could hear him say her name. It was so clear that it almosed seemed as if it was coming from across the meadow. 
 
"Could it be?" Dizy asked herself. Standing she saw a pegasus smiling from ear to ear. "GANDY!!!!!!" she yelled as she galloped as fast as her mature legs could carry her. "Oh Gandu, I am sooo happy that you are ok" Dizy cried and nuzzled his neck. 
 
She was so happy that her words spilled out "I wasso worriedthatI thought I woulldneversee you againandthat mademesadand I wantedtoseeyou somuch"

<div style="text-align:center">*Ganymede let his mouth fall open as his began to bounce up in down with excitement. It really was Dizy! He was so happy that he had found her. When she reached him, Ganymede nuzzled Dizy back. He was happy knowing that she was glad to see him too. It was obvious by the way the words poured out of her mouth that she had been looking for him like he had been for her.* 
 
*When Dizy had finally said what she needed too it was Ganymede's turn to speak. "Dizy! I can't believe I finally found you! What happened to you? Where did you go? Was it very far away? Have you seen Una? I'm kind of worried about her, but don't tell her I said that. Hey Dizy! Notice anything different?" With his last question asked Ganymede stood up tall and stretched out his wings. It seemed that he had grown taller and his wings were becoming more proportionate with his body, but this was odd as Ganymede wasn't expected to grow. In truth he had been the same size, and mentally the same age for as long as he could remember. Maybe something about the forest was changing him. Perhaps this place had a magic that made all things change, one way or another.* 
 
*Whatever had happened to him, Ganymede was glad that he had now found Dizy, and it was Dizy who might have an explination for him.*</div>

Giggling at Gandymede Dizy slowed down a bit and answered his questions the best she could. 
 
"Gandy, I have now reached maturity and with it I have a new special power. I already have the ability to purify air and water, and also sense what others are and are feeling but now I am able to teleport. I figured out that while I was running in circles somehow that caused something inside me to react and with that reaction came teleportation. With the time alone I found the answer within myself, which has been there all along, I just chose to ignore it. I am only allowed to use this power to escape danger." 
 
With that explantation Dizy paused and let Gandymede process it and let him ask any questions he may have about it.

<div style="text-align:center">*Ganymede listened carefully and patiently as Dizy explained what happened to her. He was sure to take in everything she said, because he wanted to be sure he understood. Occasionally he would nod his head to show that he was listening. When Dizy was finally done Ganymede asked, "So, you made yourself disappear by running in circles? That seems kind of weird. And you can only do it when you're in trouble?" Ganymede was silent for a little bit before finally adding, "Do you get to decide where you reappear?" Ganymede spread out his wings, which were larger now, and gave them a shake. He then folded them at his sides once again.* 
 
*Ganymede was glad that he had been reunited with Dizy. She was his first friend in the forest, and so far his only friend, unless you counted Una, but Ganymede didn't really like her. There was just something he didn't trust about anything that looked human, though he didn't quite understand why. Maybe it was because these kinds of creatures were unfamiliar to him, or perhaps it was because when he was still with his family his father always told his sister and him that humans and anything like them were dangerous.*</div>

"No Gandy" Dizy replied "I do not get to decide where I reapper, at least I do not think so. Also, I do not have to run in a circle to teleport, running in circles just helped me discover it. This time I ended up neat the edge of the forest, kinda by the spot where I entered here." 
 
Dizy paused to nibble on some grass, thinking how to explaine where Una went without making him jealous. However, Dizy kinda thpought that it really doesn't matter because she has a sense that he does not trust Una for some reason. This fact confused her, afterall, Una has been the niceest creature she has known for a long, long time. "Gandy, Una went to visit a close friend of hers. She said she will return after a while."

<div style="text-align:center">"Oh," answered Ganymede half-heartedly. He was glad to know that Una was safe, but kind of upset that she would be coming back. The pegasus enjoyed the time he spent with Dizy. Afterall, they were almost the same species. There was so much the two of them had in common, whereas Una, well, she was just different.* 
 
*Changing the subject, Ganymede looked at Dizy and said, "Hey Dizy! Want to see something cool?" Without waiting for her reply Ganymede ran off to towards the open meadow calling back to Dizy, "Wait there!" Ganymede was at a full gallop when he spread his wings and began to flap them steadily. He jumped into the air, just as he used to, but this time he didn't come falling down. Instead he kept going higher and higher. He finally did it. Ganymede was really flying.* 
 
*Once he decided that he had gone far enough, Ganymede turned himself around and flew back towards Dizy. If he hadn't had his wings, it would have looked as if there was a black horse running through the air, several feet above the ground. A little ways before the tree where Dizy was standing, Ganymede leaned back with the front of his body and slowed the speed at which he flapped his feathered wings. Then, just a smoothly as he had taken off, Ganymede landed.* 
 
*When Ganymede landed he was still a little ways away from the white unicorn so he started to trot towards her, but he was soon tripped up by his now longer legs. Ganymede tumbled forward, landing on his belly. If his skin had been visible, it would have been red. "I guess I got to get used to these legs still," Ganymede said with an embarassed chuckle. So what if he was clumsy? At least he could fly.*</div>

Dizy starts to answer, but before she could Gandymede took off at a full gallop. Dizy thought to herself "Oh no, he is at it again" Just as Dizy thought Gandymede was going to jump and fall, he took off. "GANDY!" She screamed "You are flying!!!" 
 
Dizy just stood in amazement as she watched the pegasus fly. AS he came towards her she could not help but notice his gracefulness. "He is really growing up" Dizy again thought to herself. 
 
As he landed Dizy smiled widley "Yay Gandy, that was" but she inturrupted with her own laughter as Gandymede stumbled. 
 
Dizy trotted over to him and made sure he was ok. "Gandy, you ok? Here, let me help you up." As he stood, Dizy nuzzled him, making sure he was ok. "Here, trot a bit so I can see if you are ok"

<div style="text-align:center">"I'm okay," Ganymede replied sheepishly. He willingly accepted Dizy's help and returned her warm nuzzle. Then, doing as she had asked, Ganymede trotted in a little circle to show Dizy that he hadn't harmed himself. "I'm okay," he repeated, this time more boldly. "I'm used to the falling down. I've had a lot of practice," he laughed.* 
 
*After a moment or two of silence Ganymede asked, "So, I'm pretty good at flying now, huh?" He thought he was and figured that Dizy would agree. "It's kind of strange though," he continued. "I haven't grown before, but now that I'm here I've grown. Maybe there is some magic in this forest that helps little things get bigger." 
 
*Indeed Ganymede had changed. Not only was he a bit larger in size, but he had grown mentally as well. He wasn't nearly as excitable as he had been in the sense that when he spoke his words weren't rushed or strung together. Well, most of the time that is. However, Ganymede knew that he still had a ways to go before he was fully grown.*</div>

Laughing heartily at Gandymede's comment Dizy responded "Yes Gandy, you have had alot of practice falling. Now, though, as you grow and mature you sould not fall as much now." 
 
As Dizy looks at him she cannot help but notice how he has grown and matured. "I have noticed that you have grown and that is wierd. I know you told me that you do not grow, however here you have grown over the past three months. I think it may be something here in the forest that is making you grow." 
 
"However" Dizy confides in Gandymede "there is something dark and sinister going on here. Now I do not know this as fact, but I do sense it and I am hardly ever wrong. So maybe you are growing by magic for a secific reason, kind of the same way I all of a suden learned how to teleport. Maybe we are needed in a greater plan."

<div style="text-align:center">"Something dark and sinister? You mean that there is evil here?" asked Ganymede cautiously. He hadn't noticed anything odd about the forest. "It's hard to imagine something terrible happening in such a lovely place." Ganymede took a several steps forward and scanned the line of trees with weary eyes. He perked his ears up so that he could hear better, but he heard nothing out of the ordinary. Ganymede shook his head. He was confused. He didn't feel anything bad around him, but Dizy seemed convinced that there was. Dizy wouldn't lie to him, would she? Ganymede turned to Dizy. "Are you sure?" 
 
*The black pegasus tilted his head upward and sniffed the air. Still nothing. The air was heavy with the scent of nectar, a sweet smell that could become almost sickening on humid summer afternoons, but it was still spring, so the perfume-like smell was a pleasant one. A butterfly fluttered by Ganymede, one of his favorite things to chase, but he didn't notice. Again he turned to Dizy and asked, "You're sure? I believe you Dizy, I trust you, but I just can't seem to feel it myself. To me, everything seems to be as it should be. I don't know, maybe it's the peaceful atmosphere of the meadow that it clouding my senses." Ganymede looked the the ground. He couldn't describe how he was feeling, but he could safely say that he didn't like the feeling.*</div>

"Well Gandy, I am not a hundred percent sure about this. It is just a feeling I have, nothing more, nothing less. However, we have nothing to worry about, we have Geaven to protect us." 
 
Not wanting to scare the pegasus any further, Dizy changed the subject abrubptly. 
 
"How about a game of tag?" Dizy teased as she flicked Gandymede with her tail and galloped off giggling.

<div style="text-align:center">*A smile spread across Ganymede's face. "Tag? Okay..." but while he was answering Dizy had already took off across the meadow. Quickly, he galloped after her, inching closer every second. Ganymede leaned his head down and he went even faster still. Soon, he was nearly caught up to Dizy, but that wasn't enough for him. He suddenly wanted to be faster than Dizy. Ganymede pushed himself even harder and soon he was right up along side the white unicorn, ready to pass her. He swung his head to left and gave Dizy a quick nudge with his nose before turning to the right and running off in the opposite direction.*</div>

Feeling Gandymede closing in on her Dizy started to gallop even faster, but as she did she felt a tag by Gandymede "Ah, you got me" she shouted as he ran off in teh opposite direction. 
 
Slowing to a trot Dizy surveyed the meadow and tried to guess where he would run to. She decided on a tree not to far from her, so she galloped off towards the tree, attempting to cut Gandymede off and tag him.

<div style="text-align:center">*Ganymede seen a tree in the distance, not to far, but not too close either. He dicided that he might be able to lose Dizy there. On his dash for the tree, Ganymede stumbled, but recovered. He felt that he might finally be getting used to his longed legs. Just as Ganymede rounded the tree he nearly collided with Dizy. Turning sharply to avoid hitting her, Ganymede wound up falling side ways and rolling a few feet down the meadow. Still laying down, Ganymede lifted his head and looked around. The whole area seemed to be spinning. Feeling slightly nautious, the black pegasus dropped his head back to the ground. "Oh...Dizy, I'm so....er....dizy..." he said slowly.*</div>

Immediatly concerned Dizy stops in her tracks and gallops over to Gandymede "Are you all right Gandymede? Are you hurt or just dizzy? Are you able to walk? If so, let's go under a tree to get you out of the sun." Dizy was not sure if he was hurt, and hoped not.

<div style="text-align:center">Ganymede stood up and stumbled about a little before everything stopped spinning around. "I'm fine. Just dizy, Dizy." he said. The pegasus closed his eyes for a moment. When he opened them again he heaps better. He was still a little queasy, but that was to be expected after being dizy."The shade. That sounds like a nice idea," said Ganymede as he tried to keep the grass that he had eaten earlier in his stomach. He walked to the tree with Dizy and laid down on the cool grass. The high, leafy branches of the tree blocked the warm sunlight. In no time at all Ganymede was feeling better.*</div>
