Obsessively Searching

When runerouge was permitted to this forest, he dashed in and began looking obsessivly for the runes that gave him power. The metal wolf was turning over rocks, looking in trees, digging up holes, but he could not find anything. 
 
However, he was far from giving up. He continued to look everywhere he could see, regretting that he could not climb trees, as there were many where he was. He was begining to think that the magician probably would have put in places that could not be reached simply by looking. like in the cavern ofa dragon, or deep under some lake. Were there any lakes here? Runerouge did not know. Despite this, however, Runerougw continued looking. He would look in harder places later.

Iris the young winged kitten was searching in the snow for a mouse he had found earlier. "Where is it?" Iris exlaimed in frustration. He had been searching for over two hours, totally oblivious to the thought that the mouse could be far away by now. His nose was in the snow sniffing, when he bumped into the wolf. "Oh! I'm so sorry! So very sorry. See, I was looking for a mousy thing that I had found earlier, and it was at the river, and then I came here, 'cause I thought it was here, and then I bumped into you! And that's how I'm here appologizing. So! I'm Iris, who are you?" He asked sweetly, "Are you looking for something too? Maybe if we look together we'll both find eachothers things and then we'll give them to eachother and I'll eat my mouse and you'll eat..whatever you're looking for!"

Runerouge snickered to himself. 
 
"Hello, im Runerouge, and im looking for runes that i know are here... somewhere. I dont think they'd be very tastey. they give me more abilities. Have you happened to see any runes laying around?"

"Hmm. What..are runes? Are they fish? All fish are tastey, so they can't be fish can they. No, runes aren't fish" He concluded, before the searching creature could answer. "Anyway, if I don't know what runes are, then I suppose that I haven't found some, huh?" He asked 
 
Iris started to get bored. "Well, it was nice meeting you, but I'm gonna go now! Byebye mister!"
