Upon A Mission

Looking up and seeing yet another dragon appear, he started to back up some. "Okay, I'm just gonna keep quiet," he whispered, taking another step back before stopping and sitting there near the them. 
 
Yet he wanted to know what was going on. After a moment, he started forwards once more. After a while, he saw the panther. Turning back, he saw some of the others. The wolf known as Devil sat down, looking around.

The small Dragon appears infront of the Wolf and scowls. "What are you doing here, and what do you want?"

OOC: Just a hint, you can have the little mouse try to escape, go bannanas because there's a fight and he's right in the middle of it.... 
 
IC: Wythe's lips drew back in a mock snarl. "The reason?" He whispered, hunkering low over the eggs, ensuring his safety. "The reason itself is already here," he chuckled, thinking he had made a joke. "Here, right now. No where else."

Phoenix smiled as he spoke an ancient form of the draconic language one known by the eldest of dragons.. His smile grew cruel as the panther's head became engulfed in flames for a few seconds. His fur was badly singed and missing in a few spots, nothing major. "Don't play with me, I am old and breathing flames is not all I can do," Phoenix smirked as his talon gestured to the panthers head. "I would be very interested in leaving with both my children," he paused, "But if I can leave with one, and not have to kill to do so, I would be ok."

At the appearance of the dragon, he sprung to his feet. His tail arched over his back, flicking back and froth ever so slightly. His ears pointed forwards in domaince in the ways of wolves. A low growl started from deep in his throat. 
 
"My den is on these moutains. Besides, I can go where ever I wish." He lifted his head up, baring his cannines to the dragon. "Ya have a problem with that."

Kaida smiled, satisfied. "No problem what so ever, I'm just a bit ansy." and with that, she dissapeared and reappeared beside Wythe again.

The were-mouse wolfgang, usually a calm, sensable creature, was totally freaked out. he had ABSALUTELY NO CLUE what was going on (hin hint hint) he attempted to bite his captors hand, so that he would be dropped, and free to flee.

OOC: Alright milkshake, and anyone else who is confused. Wythe has stolen two eggs from Phoenix and Evyn, with the help of Kaida. The plot was to bring the dragons here, but they don't know that. Wildmerow brought you here. That's part of the picture. The rest is explained below: 
 
IC: Wythe's head swirled with pain; shaking it off he growled. Was this what they were supposed to do, just sit here and become barbaque while his master did his job below? How else were they to keep several dragons here? One the size of a mountain? 
 
"I don't think you understand," Wythe sneered, tossing the blue egg to Kaida. "It's two eggs we want. Not one." 
He picked up the red one, smiling at its swirls. "And I don't think your wife will like it," he pointed to the unconcious dragon on the other's back. 
 
"Follow me!" He screamed to the rest of the evils and darted for an open tunnel someplace between two jagged rocks. The male would have to shrink to get in, and they could easily deal with him then. "Quickly, I tell you!" 
 
He hoped it would work. In fact, if it had been up to him, he would've said keep the blue egg, but he needed time. Time for his master to do his work. And working out a truce wouldn't help that.

Kaida caught the egg in her mouth and made sure it was covered in her saliva so that it could disapear too. She disapeared and then reapeared again in the tunnel. Noticing that Hallok would have to skrink, she takes a bottle from her side, cracked it open a bit with her talon, and threw it at him. It hit the ground below him, spraying Hallok a little, and makling him grow to twice his already huge size. 
"Wythe," she snarled after she spat out the egg. "Why bother getting in a fight when you can just give up one?"

Hearing the cry from the panther, who seemed to be the one in charge at the moment, he was quick to respond though he wondered why he should. Wayne didn't know of him, yet he knew that whatever they were up to was funner and more exciting than watching. With super speed, he entered the cave just before the female dragon threw something outside. 
 
"Hi ya, what's going on here? Anything I can do, I'm bored to tears." Fire came from his paws, lighting up the cave within a short distance of himself.

Gasping, Wythe whirled around and shoved everyone inside. No matter what now, all these new people would have to be in it whether they wanted to or not. It should've thrilled him to see that more were on his side, but instead he felt like babysitting. Well, it was their fault if they got hurt. 
He nosed around, eggs brushing against his fur. "The point isn't to make a truce," he told Kaida as well as the rest of them. "But to distract them until a friend of mine finishes a job below this mountain." 
 
The goal set for the group, he twirled around to the pup. "Fire," he said and realized something. "Are you immune to it? If you are, stand in front of the rest of us. One fireball could do us all." 
 
Not that they would actually consider toasting them inside a little cave. Eggs were eggs, and crisped eggs were not. 
 
"Move to the back," he shouted, rolling the egg of his choice along. "If that thing gets a head in here..." 
 
He felt better now. They had insurance against death, and all they had to do was keep the dragons occupied. If they could.

Kaida heard Wythe's snarls but did not follow out his orders. She instead squeezed her way to the front knowing that she could take one any fireball that came there way. She gave the blue egg to the Wolf, not seeing anyone else close to her. 
As she passed Wythe she looked down at him. "Wythe, I control Water. The eggs might be imune to fire. They ARE Dragon eggs. I can stop any fire that comes this way," she whispered hurridly. 
I shall stall them as long as I wish, were her thoughts. 
"Make sure you tell me when your friends are done, I do not wish to die currently."

The wolf pup shruged. "I dunno about being immune to fire, but I can take the heat." He grined at his joke, sparks flying from his paws. Yet he happily allowed the water dragon infront of him and looked down at the blue egg before him. What was he to do with a wierd colored egg? 
 
Yet he rolled the egg gently towards the back of the cave where Wayne was. "Well, this is better than what I had planned," he said, though it was not sarcasticly.

Kaida was furious. She was Evil, why shouldn't she help? "take one wild guess, dark one!" she yelled back as she stepped forward to let the Wolf pass. 
Instincltively she put up a mediokerly ((word?)) strong sheild up infront her, so it would take half of any magical or fire damge.

Wythe didn't have time for this. "I think we can hold out as long as they don't get reinforcements." He gritted, edging toward the back. Despite his touch words, he hated fire with a passion and would refuse to go anywhere near it. "Any one of you back there, is there a tunnel leading out? Or something? We've got to get these eggs out of here."

"Phoenix!" She cried, glancing up at an enormous male. "What's going on?"

Kaida was frustrated. She turned her small head to Wythe and yelled: "Well, Wythe! what does this mean?" she started waddeling back inch by inch. She was growing impatient. The Dragon held back her impatience and waited for an answer.

"It means we run!" Cried the panther and whirled around, vanishing into its depths, carrying the black and red egg with him. "Come on, everybody! Before that thing snaps out of its current stupidity and flies to the lost fields!" 
 
He didn't look back, but glanced forward into the unending blackness. "Someone bring the other egg! Are you sure that size spell will hold?" 
 
OOC: What thread? You have several, or am I to make a new one?

At the panther's words, he grabbed the blueish egg. It was at his paws anyways and he was eager to find out what was instore at the end of the tunnel. Besides, this was adventure, something he's been looking for.
