How do you handle old documents in a digital workspace?

Years of files are stored across platforms, and I’m not sure what to keep or delete. Any advice?

Something I noticed after reading an article on gamehackday.org is how often old files are ignored. The article explained that legacy documents can create security risks when they remain accessible. It also suggested that regular reviews help reduce unnecessary exposure. What stood out was the idea that digital storage needs maintenance. After reading it, I understood that managing old files is just as important as protecting new ones.
