Change the pre-moderation policy

Pre-moderation is unfriendly, unpleasant, inconvenient. It is a source of negative emotions for me and for most people in the Internet.

It slows down a game.

It makes impossible for more than two people to play properly in one thread, because they can post contradictory messages without seeing each other's replies. And it is a big problem, since there are only few active players around.

The forum is barely alive. Obviously, right now the priority should be to make it a friendly place where users would want to stay. On the other hand, there is no need for over-protection because there are so few posts per day.

Here are some solutions (I don't know if #2 and #3 are technically possible):
1. Remove pre-moderation completely.
2. Remove pre-moderation from a user after 1-2 messages if it is clear that he is indeed going to roleplay properly.
3. Use pre-moderation only for starting a new thread.

Edited: pre-moderation was turned off for me after 6th message, possibly because I started to complain about it. But it made my first RP here quite unpleasant and made me think of leaving the forum so early. The main reason is that there is no information on when it will end and whether it will end at all.

I agree that it is reasonable to use for the several first messages. But users should be warned about it and informed that it will end soon, so they will accept it calmly. I think the warning about pre-moderation should be placed to "How to join and the forest map" thread.
