Funny you should mention Orb and Lemartus. If and when my large-ish plot event gets off the ground, an evil creature made of a bunch of smaller roundish things might make an appearance. Whether or not this creature will also have a glitter component is still undecided.

There are so very many dramatic ways that vast, incomprehensible galactic phenomena can kill you, that every single day that you go unmurdered by space is a miracle.

Here's hoping that shakes off the yoke of the system's bot/spammer detection protocols. >_> Obnoxious things, they are.
Still, it resulted in the posting of laser sound effects to this thread, so they clearly can't be all bad.

It is true! It's taken the stars a while to align themselves, but it has happened. That those stars are whiny about being moved against their wills and bear Lanadyr's fingerprints is beside the point.

I recently gave my most immature character her own pirate ship. Obviously, irresponsibility and I are not strangers.
