This was back in 2010, I'm pretty sure Orb didn't appear until 2013. I guess that means the stated timeline wasn't as off-base as I'd originally been thinking ^_^;Back to the topic though- since characters are non-human and a large portion of the time that promotes animalistic features (from neko to full quad) UV leans toward furry. It is not fully furry due to the allowance of non-biological characters such as the theoretical sentient bag of marbles that might have tried to join in some unexplored timeline.

Did I... predict the future?
Nightwolf clued me in recently on the idea of rebooting the storyline of the site, which in turn reminded me that it'd been a bit since I checked in (and no worries Keltres, working on the Nameless picture even if I got intimidated by design for a little while). I was thinking of slightly redesigning one of my old characters for if/when reboot occurs, so as a basis started looking for their old join thread. In the process I stumbled upon this little quote:

Bravo, Norv! I do believe you did hit that nail right on the head
Also, I might daresay that the thread you quoted from was also probably rather accurate... we ditched the furry label and it might be one of the things that came back and bit us in the arse. Quite probably I was on the wrong side of the history... hindsight is 20/20, eh?

He asked us: "Be you angels?"
And we said, "Nay. We are but men."
Rock!

Re: Did I... predict the future?
Sure looks like the future got predicted. And here I was thinking that a walking pile of marbles was a pretty unique character concept.
I’m still trying to decide if Orb would be resubmitted if a reboot occurs. Even if she is, she would change a bit. She would still be made of marbles, though. Future maintained, temporal paradoxes avoided!

Wow, Norv, impressive prediction! I'm seriously chuckling here, lol.
Now give us your next prediction and we'll see in a few years how close you got!
