Doctor Who (new season spoilers)

New season, ahoy!

And a serious conflict of interests on my behalf. xD I recently purchased a Fallout expansion pack and would like to dedicate some time to fiddling around with that. But there's also a marathon for all Whooizers going on right now ... and I don't wanna miss any of the episodes. >.<

RAAAGH.

So ... what are your thoughts and expectations of the new series? Personally I'm gonna be really, really sad to see Rory and Amy go ... But that also opens the door for new and interesting Companions.

I don't really like Amy, though she was starting to grow on me. I'll miss poor Rory though, and I'll really miss little Amy.

Yep, Gaeva! The new season began last night. They're airing the new episodes on Saturday night.

Convincing my mother to burn whatever episodes she can find of Doctor Who from the 60's on ...

Dinosaurs on a Spaceship aired last night. Epic! The dinosaur animations were crisp and realistic. Also - love on the robots. "We're very cross with you!"

Really hoping the African game hunter guy comes back for a cameo at some point or another.

Yeah, I read about that ~ I'm unfamiliar with the comedians and it's been decades since I've seen Harry potter ... and also, I never saw the Sherlock movie ... but it was fun either way. =D

I'm finally caught up, yay! I kinda liked the robots at first (I don't know those comedians either btw) but after a while it just got to be too much and I just wanted them to shut up D:

I like how they're portraying Rory this season, much better, without changing him too much, a good way to go out. And for some reason I'm not disliking Amy either, there's something better about her ...right when it's time for her to leave -.-

I thought it was classic whenever the Doctor found that panel behind some rocks ... and Amy hacked into the mainframe.
They both looked like kids on Christmas day.

Also the Doctor slapping Rory multiple times for 'getting his hopes up'.

A Town Called Mercy aired last night.

Talk about deliciously dark ... Seeing the Eleventh tote a gun is a little unappetizing. At least he never used it.
Wonder if there's a foreboding note with the recurrence of flickering lights, what with the Weeping Angels episode coming in two weeks.

I just watched it, but I'll need to watch it again, because it could not keep my attention O.o Would be extreme to call it a boring episode, but it really wasn't one of the best either. So much was so predictable, that's never a good sign. At least what they showed for the next episodes looked good ^_^
