So... it's possible he may be able to enter. Hmmm.... 
 
I was thinking maybe Pog becomes more "corrupted" by his activities as time passes... it would fit his character, as I've been seeing it. Every time he wakes after sleeping off a very big meal (aka, a world), it's like he's born anew... fresh and innocent and pure. But, the more he eats the innocent, the less innocent he becomes, himself... especially when he starts eating the Unborn of sentient creatures... 
 
... and starts eating his own Unborn, those his shapeshifting has allowed him to father. He may not be able to love or hate, but he can feel sad. Really, he's cute and cuddly, and would do nothing to harm Born children... only mature, adult females intrest him as a food source (you could say he thinks of them as vending machines, in a way... candy bar, anyone?)... and he won't start fathering Unborn untill the local males can't "keep up" with his growing hungers......... <img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v66/V ... llaugh.gif ALT=":evillaugh">

So wait, you can't even have animal survival in the Meadow? It's really just this fairy tale land where the worst that can happen is that some cat touches the gaurdian with the plague, which results in the barrier being brought down and evil ugly undead balraa march across its rolling hills, but no one dies and everything comes to a happy ending?

@ Roose: Raphus was first partly rejected because he was thinking of eating mice, but eventually got through. 
Not sure if that was played correctly but I thought it was funny.

So all the dragons shouldn't be able to enter because they would eat meat and thus a life which was there. 
 
I understand ill intent completely, but someone that only does it for survival, with no chosen evil behind it. It's like a good vampire, it needs to drink blood, so it couldn't enter the emadow because ti would always have the thirst for fresh blood, even if the vampire would never harm someone inside the barrier. 
 
Of course, if the vampire was choosing to specifically try and eat poor defenceless people, then the barrier would stop them, but if it's part of their nature,a dn there is no intent behind it, then I don't see why the field would stop it. 
 
If Pog (is that the name) had to eat unborn, and didn't go into the meadow for that purpose (say went there to be safe) then I don't understand why the field would come up. Or am I reading this wrong?

I think, don't know, but think, what Geava means is that no innocent creature, be them sentient or no, can be harmed within the meadow. It doesn't matter if it is for survival or no. If they take innocent life they cannot enter. This does not mean that they cannot enter, they can, but let's say a meat eating creature were to enter, in order to feed, they would have to leave the meadow. So the Dragons, Wolves, and other such predators can get in, buuuut, if they are entering to find food, they would not be granted entrance. The place is magical after all. The very Meadow has the ability to kill an evil char on its own. So it would make sense that it could also simply protect the innocent creatures inside of it from hungry predators. 
 
So, predators can go into the meadow, but not if they are going to feed, and I think if they try too, they will be, erm, ejected out of the Meadow... 
 
Is that what you meant Geava? Or am I way off track?

Like I said, it's not natural. What about the hawk that attacks the mouse? Is it rejected from meadow?

I dunno, but as said the Meadow is magical of course it is not natural, what in the world of Deep Forest is? Unicorns, Dragons, Balraa, the Hivemind, all of it is not 'natural'. The Meadow itself seems to have magical non natural abilities. This is why it makes it a haven for young to live, because nothing can attack them there. 
 
Again, if I am way off, please correct me those of you whom have delt with the Meadow and its limitations before, it would be greatly appreciated. <img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v66/V ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

What about intentions? A person has to have a reason, or intention for doing something. Intention could simply be to find something to do, to eat, to sleep, to do whatever. So if your new evil char has the intention to eat, and Geaven can see those intentions, couldn't it be the intentions that give the little guy away?

Well... people gotta eat, and hunger just doesn't go away. What happens to a predator who's in the Meadow long enough to get predatory urges, due to hunger? And what if Pog's urges weren't predatory... what if he thought of the Unborn like a horse thinks of grass? I don't see Pog having violent thoughts, or thinking of the Unborn as prey... I don't think a squirrel would be ejected from the Meadow simply for salivating over a raspberry (aka... a plant's Unborn)....

Hmm... there has to be some way Pog could manage, though as I mentioned earlier, the more he eats, the more "corrupt" he becomes... I'm thinking of this as a twist, a way of initially keeping Pog's "secret" from being found out, by having him enter the Meadow early... maybe someone telling him about the Meadow and the barrier, and maybe Pog deciding the Meadow is off limits for feeding... maybe a place where he can find Peace, even later.... 
 
Yes... yes... ideas percolating.... 
 
Last time Pog was awake, the dinosaurs ended up dying off in mass numbers... non-sentient dinosaurs. Whatever "corrupts" Pog... whatever energies he draws from Unborn flesh... maybe it changes him in ways he's never experienced before.
