As I'm sure you've noticed, I'm not around a lot. This isn't because I lack the time, motivation or desire, but I'm having a little energy trouble these last few months. I'm doing an internship at an elementary school (I'm studying art therapy for the people who don't know this, and yes, I didn't get an internship abroad, long story *sniffle* ), and while I love working with the kids, it drains me so badly. I also kinda took on a larger load than I was supposed to, and thus am very behind on my own schoolwork (reports and such). So by the time I get home, I'm beat. I literally lay down on my bed, and stay there till dinnertime, then return to bed afterwards. Then sleep and repeat the whole thing the next day. Add to that the fact that it's an hour away from where I live so I have to get up really early to get there before the kids go to school, and yay, you get sleep deprivation as well) About the only thing I do for fun is play simple games on facebook, lol, and only because they require like 20 seconds of attention and that's it. (For the WoW players, I never made it to level 80, I had to cancel my account months ago because I had no time for it anymore *sad* )
So yes, this leaves UV in a very bad position, because obviously nothing happens when I'm not around. I don't have a solution for this, because this lifestyle won't change till the end of January. Now I could just say that everybody (myself included) will just have to wait it out till then, but that doesn't feel very satisfactory, does it? And yes, I do feel guilty for slowing this place down so much, but I just can't do anything about it without sacrificing something in my real life. If anyone has an idea on how to inspire people to pick up and have fun without me bossin' them around ( ^_~ ) then please share. Coming January (or the end of December depending on how it goes) I'll pick up the plot line again, but till then nothing new will happen ^_^ (Apologies to Windra about that
