!!Time Jump Profile Changes!!

it's time to start thinking about the RP timejump we're about to make, two years into the future. Some of you may already have started to think about changes you want your character to go through during the coming two years, others still need to decide on what to do with them. Anyway, for the ones who wish to have their chars go through some changes, here's what you do:
<li>You copy/paste the character's profile into a newly created topic at the Edge of the Woods,</li>
<li>You name the topic [char name] Time Jump,</li>
<li>You add/change everything you want to in this profile,</li>
<li>You make everything you changed <i>red</i> in font color.</li>
That's it. Then the Edge mods and the Moderator Apprentices will go through them and once accepted it'll replace your chars original profile in the Inhabitants forum. You don't need to RP in the thread (unless you really want to), but it may take a little while for all the profiles to be accepted, as normal joining threads still have the priority.

If your char won't be changing in the following two years you don't have to do this, but it might be a good way to add to the char's history to fill in the two year gap.

If you don't want your char to skip two years in RP time, then you can opt to be a part of the time traveling group here. (As far as they will know they are just minding their own business, then *poof* it's suddenly two years later. *shock*)

Hey Gaeva, a quick question, this time jump would work really well with my panda cub as she can grow up really quickly, but her application is still waiting to be accepted. Can I possibly still put the changes to her character in red, and put time jump in brackets on the thread title? That way when she's been accepted, when I next rp with her she's an adult?

Yes, you may. Just remember she may not be role played in the main areas if she's accepted before the Time Jump until after it happens.

Just out of interest, I know the jump is happening after winter but when exactly is winter ending?

I could be wrong, but I believe winter ends when our current plot does and I think Barbannis mentioned trying to wrap that up fairly soon... So... perhaps in a month or two? XD

I plan to do a profile for Ribbit, turning him ebil, finally. Just have to discuss and figure out a few things.

Oh, I forgot my question! We are to put the text in red, yes. If/when the profile is accepted, can we change the red back? It's just so annoying to see in my profile.

Yeah, the red will be gone when it replaces the original profile ^_^ Good thing too, I'm working on Jahran's profile and it's like one big wall of redness

Since she's still at the edge? Nothing. The Edge is outside of the timeline :3 so you're just fine. If she's accepted before the time jump just wait to post in the main area until after the jump. It shouldn't be long at all now seeing as Barbie said there's.... maybe 1-2 more major posts left?

So yeah since you're still at the edge you don't have to worry at all :3
