Juno was starting to come too as he heard voices and something about a name. His vision was blurry and he still wasn't fully recovered so he just said the first thing that came to mind. It was in response to Kory's question but it was just a delirious reply.
"My name is Yan Yansen, I live in Wisconsin, I work at the lumberyard there. As I walk down the street all the people I meet ask 'What is your name' and I say: My name is Yan Yansen, I live in Wisconsin, I work at the lumberyard there..."
Still a little hit on head crazy and he passed out again in the snow. It appeared now that the Neko was more exausted than injured at the moment. In fact he seemed to be fully recovered.

"You know what? We never introduced ourselves...Anyway, I'm Taka."
Kory looked up at the gryphon and smiled, glad to see her up and looking a little better than before. As she moved over to them, he quickly looked her over to check and see if she was really healed (he was a worry wart, he couldn’t help it). To his surprise, he noticed that her wings had shrunk. It was odd- he had never seen a winged being do that before- but clearly practical, she was able to move around a lot easier than before. “Yes…I don’t believe we did introduce ourselves.” It seemed rather odd after all that to not know each other’s names. “P-pleased to meet you Taka. I am Korendil Raye,” he replied, looking up just enough to give her another small smile. The elf’s smile left him and he chewed on his bottom lip for a moment before continuing. “I…I’m very sorry about-about your chin. I…I’m not very skilled in battle.” Again, he looked down in embarrassment.
The sudden weight of a hand on his shoulder caused the young elf to jump slightly. Unconsciously, he tensed and shied away from the contact, though he did finally bring his gaze from the ground to look at his fellow elf. When she spoke about his tears, Kory felt his face heat up and he had to fight the urge to lower his gaze once more. Though he was still a bit rusty at it, he decided to follow her lead and respond through mindspeak; at least it would keep Taka and Juno from hearing this rather embarrassing conversation.
:I thank you, but…but I am a--: Kory faltered before he could say ‘I am a man.’ It seemed like such a silly argument when put into words, but the bandits had not encouraged "womanly" emotions, especially from their male slave and it was hard not to let some of their words seep in over time. :I do not wish to look…weak: Kory’s blue eyes shifted over to Juno. He didn’t want to look weak in front of the pink haired fighter, though he couldn’t say exactly why.

And then the neko passed out. Korendil sighed and ran a hand through his hair. Ok, they had to do something to help him. They needed to get him warm for starters. Unfortunately, Kory had never really learned how to survive in the wilderness and the bandits had always had plenty of equipment with them, so his knowledge about setting up camps from scratch was rather limited. Well, he would have to do what he could. Getting a fire started shouldn’t be too hard. He turned and looked up at Briena, less uncertainty shining in his eyes due to the need to get this done. “Do you know of anywhere we can take him? The-the village is a bit too far. If not…could you and Taka collect some firewood while I clear an area for us?” As he waited for a response, Kory glanced around for a plant he knew would help with concussions.

((Looking good Juno just need some info on his portal hopping. Needs to be in abilities with a disadvantage though I doubt that's something he'll use in battle it's more of a vacation ticket. But if he can do it it needs to be there.
It looks like I can accept both after that.

Taka nodded as Kory introduced himself and was about to reassure him regarding the battle, when the other elf touched him. He jumped a little and Taka bristled in surprise, the fur between her wings standing on end as she craned her neck to look up at the new female--Briena.
Then the delirious, pink-haired man muttered something. Taka cocked her head at Juno, blinking slowly as he delivered his name in the form of some kind of children's rhyme. Her ears perked up and she clicked her beak softly, appearing to think it over. 'I wonder what a Winsconsin is...' As she pondered, Kory seemed to step up and take action. Her ears perked towards him as he said her name. "Firewood..." she repeated softly as she looked around. The snow made everything wet and buried most of the good wood. It would be difficult to find anything suitable. She turned her gaze up into a tree and fluttered her wings a little. Perhaps dry branches may have remained caught in the upper boughs of the trees?
It wouldn't hurt to start looking while the elf decided if she knew anywhere to go. So Taka leaped into a near tree, scrabbling up to the lowest branch. She snaked her way from branch-to-branch with feline grace, though lions weren't normally tree-climbers, her bird heritage was comfortable here. She kept her quills folded along her spine and tested various old-looking pieces of wood to see if they were dry enough to fall apart from the trunk easily.
No luck in this tree, it seemed healthy enough. In fact, all the trees around here seemed healthy, but even healthy trees sometimes needed to drop old branches. She crawled across a reaching branch into a neighboring tree and tested some of the older branches.
Crrr-aaack There was a dry snap as the dead branch separated from the tree. She let it drop to the ground with a SHUUU-crk-UUSH and a THUD, then leaped down softly next to it. It was a pretty good-sized piece of wood and should burn well enough if they needed it. Someone would need to cut it down to suitable chunks. Maybe Yan Yansen could take care of that, she mused to herself, after all... he worked in a lumberyard, didn't he?

Briena jumped slightly in surprise and drew back quickly.
"Sorry."
She had been startled by the Elven man's reaction to her hand on his
shoulder.
Taka seemed to bristle. Briena met Taka's gaze steadily.
"I was not intending to harm your friend."
When Kory looked at Briena and inquired about the possibility of building
a fire, Briena sighed.
"I can put together a fire settup, but I don't think
I know enough magecraft to conjure fire by magic. I was still
learning from-..." Her voice cracked.
She finished her speech through Mindspeak. Her mind showed Kory how
she had ended up in the forest. Korendil would see everything
as clearly as though he had been present to witness the event.
~*~*~*~*~*~
Briena stared at the stone that jutted from the ground before her.
<Sister among da Two-Hooves. Not touch
stone.>
Messi, the wild forest horse mare, warned.
"<Messilsa.>"
Bri retored.
Grace, Briena's younger sister, was sleeping, her white wings folded,
pillow like under her head.
Just then, The guys came in.
Morgan, a Neko with orange eyes, bounced over to Briena.
"Watcha doing?" He asked, eyes sparkling.
Kanix, a Lycan, rubbed a long fingered, clawed pawhand over
his lycan snout and across his eyes, groaning.
"Morgan, show a lil' maturity, will ya?" He
growled. He had a slight Texan accent.
Orion, the Centaur tried... and failed miserably not to push Kanix.
"Aw, Kanniwanny, ya know ya like it."
A tic went off in Kanix's left lower eyelid.
He glared at Orion.
"One more word, and I'll kick yer big horsey
butt across this forest, Orion!"
He said, glaring.
Orion only laughed.
"RAH!" Kanix lunged, and Orion dodged.
"OI! KNOCK IT OFF!" Briena shouted.
Orion looked up, holding Kanix by his Lycan tail.
"Orion started it!" Yelped Kanix.
"Boys..." Said Amadious, the Kitsune Mage.
He flicked a pawhand, and Orion was forced to sit on his haunches.
Bri reached out and... Touched the stone.
Pain!
Tearing... Searing.... Falling.
"SHIT! BRIENA!"
"NO!"
"BRIENA!"
"OI, WAIT!"
Gairloch flew to Briena, became the pendant.
Falling...
*WHUMPH!*
Cold..
Snow..
Pain... Loss..
"orion? kanix? amad? morgan? messilsa?"
Weakly, her voice trembled.
Terror...
~*~*~*~*~
Briena looked away, drawing a shuddering breath.
She quickly went over to the passed out Neko, where she knelt. She
settled at his head, her own bowed, flaming hair falling over her shoulders
and hiding her face from sight. She was shivering... And not just with
the cold.
She didn't hear the wood crack nearby. She was deep in her mind.
((Whooboy. This is a dramatic post...
